2.Adopting new revolving opening gripper bars. The grippers are much less in weight than YAWA's previous products, but much better in strength. Both of the merits contribute to running at higher speed. The position of grippers are able to be adjusted from either left or right side, which increases flexibility when producing products.
3.Adopting new double-elbow structure which keeps the movable platen stable when running at the pressure of 250T (variation of the platens distances become liner). The die-cutting is more stable and setting time becomes less.
4.Adopting new side lays which can fit to all kinds of paper running stably under the condition of fast speed. At the same time, they are also integrated with double sheet control which vastly save job changeover time.
5.Adopting new front lays which can be sorted into two groups and adjusted separately. Simple and reliable structure makes it possible to keep the front lay registering stably and accurately.
6.New developed mechanism gives gentle gripper bar registration, and high precision is easy obtained.
7.Micrometric system and center-line system assure convenient but accurate job changeover and repeating jobs.
8.Smart delivery brush and paper scrapper always provide a perfect paper piling under all speeds.
9.The feeding unit with all our know-how, makes the paper infeed a different perception, ease the paper loading and improve the stability of paper feeding. Mechanical double sheet and feeding decelerate mechanism are capable as options.
